Agreement Scope

BETTERFOLLOWERS User Agreement, which includes the general terms of use and legal responsibilities of the site (https://betterfollowers.com), is recommended to read before using the site. The terms and legal responsibilities cover all users using the site. If the stated conditions are not suitable for you, please do not use the site.

By using the site and filling out forms that include your personal information, you agree to the terms written on this page.

All types of services available on BetterFollowers and site extension; the product reserves the right to change, reorganize, and discontinue publication without prior notice of the terms of use and the information provided on the site. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the site. BetterFollowers advises users to visit this page each time they log on to the site. These terms also apply to linked web pages.

1. User Obligations and Restricted Conduct

• 1.a Registration of false, irregular, incomplete, or misleading information, including statements that do not comply with general ethics, is prohibited.

• 1.d The user is directly responsible for damages caused by sharing account credentials (username/password) with third parties. The user may not use another person's IP address, e-mail, username, or access private information without permission. The user accepts civil and criminal responsibility arising from such use.
• 1.e Use of software that threatens site security, prevents operation, or receives, deletes, or changes information is prohibited.

In these cases, BetterFollowers may restrict or terminate site usage and reserves all legal rights.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• 2.a The overall appearance and design of betterfollowers.com, including all information, visuals, brand name, domain name, logos, icons, written/electronic/graphic or machine-readable materials, technical data, software, sales systems, business methods, and business model, and all related intellectual property rights are legally protected.
• Materials on the website may not be modified, copied, reproduced, translated, republished, installed on another computer, transmitted, presented, or distributed without prior permission and source attribution, including code and software.
• All or part of the site/mobile application may not be used on another website without permission. Violations may create civil and criminal liability.
• 2.b All criticism submitted to BetterFollowers belongs to BetterFollowers and may be used for marketing purposes.

3. Service Use, Security, and Liability

• 3.a betterfollowers.com may track user visit information (visit time, duration, viewed pages) to improve service. This information may be shared with cooperating companies in line with privacy terms for service improvement.
• 3.b Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual and industrial rights laws, obligations law, and site notices/announcements.
• 3.c Users may not perform actions that prevent or force usage by others, install automatic programs, lock servers/databases, or attempt fraud. Accounts may be terminated.
• 3.d Users are responsible for backing up application messages. BetterFollowers is not responsible for loss/deletion/damage due to lack of backups.
• 3.e BetterFollowers may link to external websites not under its control and is not responsible for their content.
• 3.f Different parts of the site may have additional rules. Use of those sections means acceptance of those rules.

4. Modifications and Acceptance

• 4.a BetterFollowers may make unilateral changes to this agreement without notice to maintain service continuity and may permanently/temporarily stop, modify, or cancel services at any time without justification.
• Updated terms are effective once published on betterfollowers.com and apply immediately to continued service use.
• 4.b By ordering/using any service through the system, the user is deemed to accept and comply with this agreement.

Governing Law

The laws of The Netherlands, excluding conflicts of law rules, govern these terms and your use of the service. Your use may also be subject to local, state, national, or international laws.

Information About the Nature of Sold Users

Users included in YouTube and Instagram increase packages consist of worldwide users (global mixed delivery). Users in enhancement packages sold through betterfollowers.com may be included in the system pool via API by accepting legal obligations and these terms of use.

Prohibited to Buy if You Are a Company

You agree that purchases are not for commercial use. Companies are prohibited from buying these services as stated under applicable law in The Netherlands. BetterFollowers is not responsible for consequences resulting from purchases made for company use.

Privacy Policy

BETTERFOLLOWERS (https://betterfollowers.com) may request personal data during orders (first name, last name, phone, etc.). This data may be used for billing, service improvement, campaign work, and promotional activities related to profile support.

Personal information is encrypted and stored on BETTERFOLLOWERS servers, is not shared with third parties for non-operational reasons, and is not sold.

Issue With Orders

If an order cannot be delivered, order status will be marked as Error (contact support). The most common reason is incorrect required details. BetterFollowers will contact the customer to resolve the issue.

If unresolved, a refund will be provided where applicable. If the customer does not reply within 30 days, the order may be marked as completed and no refund is provided.

If order status is partial, a partial refund is provided for undelivered amount of views/likes/subscribers/followers/watchtime.

For watch hours services, the customer must provide a screenshot of video statistics so delivered watch hours can be verified for refund calculation.

If a video is removed or set to private after order placement, BetterFollowers cannot provide a refund, as service may have been delivered before the change.

Compensation Guarantee

BetterFollowers.com will not provide compensation/refund if a claim is made more than 30 days after the order date and decrease is less than 20% of purchased amount.

If you purchase similar services from another website at the same time as a BetterFollowers service, no refund, refill, or missing delivery compensation is provided.

Cancellation and Refund

Services are digital and processed automatically. In this context, remaining viewers/subscribers are not transferable or refundable in cases such as deleted/private/copyrighted content, closed channels, or invalid URLs submitted by the customer.

For YouTube monetization services, full refund is available under these conditions:

• Refund eligibility: request made within 60 days of order date and no monetization approval from YouTube.
• Proof required: user must have applied and been rejected, with screenshot or official YouTube notice.
• No refund if advice ignored: if expert guidance was not followed (for example, different content type than recommended), refund is denied.
• No refund for policy violations: no refund in case of YouTube strikes, copyrighted uploads, or other terms/policy violations.

By purchasing, the user agrees to these terms. BetterFollowers.com commits to transparent service and compliance with platform policies.
